Since this has been such a hot topic in the comments and in our inbox, let’s talk about the Elvi a little.
Okay. The Elvi got their name because a bunch of them had pictures of Elvis in their signatures for awhile. Absolutely harmless. Except that they were doing it to make fun of the Hoffies. For those of you not in the know on that one, the Hoffies had pictures of David Hasselhoff in their signatures for awhile and had a big board war with the Ranters. So when you put something so memorable in your signatures to make fun of another group, well, you are entering into the drama. Welcome to the blog!
The Elvi are really just a few members of a spinoff board called More Than Mommy Talk. No biggie. We think everyone needs a spin off group to really belong. FeatherButt is an Elvi, she’s been pretty open about that. She also claims that they do not and have never had any part in board drama. Which is completely untrue. FeatherButt make have kept her nose clean. But not every Elvi was so careful.
See, Anna is an Elvi. A long long time ago Anna got into a big fight with the ubiquitous Zen (where to even start with Zen?) and made a fake myspace page with photoshopped images that she stole from Zen’s myspace page. The whole thing got nasty, was all over BabyCenter, and Anna got banned. Since then, Anna has been back under various other screen names. GilGrissom’sLoveSlave is the most well known, but there have been rumored to be others (I’m The Map, Sir Lance s Boil, but we question that one!). She attracted a lot of negative attention because of her dry sense of humor and the fact that she’s done things people thing are strange. Like dive in dumpsters or lance her own boils. A different time, a different poster, and we don’t think anything would have been said. Heck, at least half of the new coupon thread is diving in dumpsters for coupons every week, and who hasn’t practiced some minor DIY medicine? But is was Anna, and it got attention.
But really, Anna has been quiet lately. We’re pretty sure that she and Zen have even forgiven each other. Since she’s banned though, her new names get deleted pretty fast when they are discovered.
Come on BabyCenter, let Anna come back! Then she can take up for her own self and FeatherButt won’t have to do it for her!

speaking of zen where is she? has she resurfaced anywhere?
It’s official, MamaDrama is run by the Hoffies. Apparently the Hoffies had a fight and some of them left and now they are fighting amongst themselves and trying to drag people they don’t know into the mud with them.
Gawd you are such puppets, playing into every rumor, inuendo and lie you are being fed. They are loving this you know.
This is serioulsly the best you can do?? Fake Hoff fans fighting amongst themselves and creating a drama around GENUINE Elvis fans who share recipes and cleaning tips on a small private board to get AWAY from the drama? Are you insane?
What’s STUPID is you admit you were not even around for the Ramon drama, so you definately weren’t around for the Anna / Zen thing… and who even cares anymore?? Photoshopping Zens pics was hilarious and well deserved…and YEARS AGO. You stated yourself that Anna and Zen have forgiven each other.
Move on already!
Please don’t confuse information with dislike. Like we said, we love spin off groups. Everyone needs one. But people have been asking, so we told them what we know. No one has really asked about the Hoffs, or the Ranters, or even the new Drama Mamas spin off. So we haven’t gone there yet!
Trust me, if we had been around for the pics, we probably would have laughed as well. You’ve got to admit that some good drama!
Suspicions of Zen abound.
Way before the latest Stir Crazy Mom drama, the Ranters were commenting on how much that avatar looks like a photoshopped Zen. We really don’t think so, but if you squint your eyes and turn your head to the side, you might see it.
Comments on that post speculate that SCM is Zen. We don’t think that’s true either, but who knows?
Other comments on the Ranters blog speculate that SCM is really Anna, making fun of Zen. We don’t think that’s true either.
But Stir Crazy Mom is worth of a post of her own. We’re working on it.

Amy? Amy hon, it’s okay. It really is! No one is trying to make you or any of the girls from More Then Mommy Talk into bad girls. They just wanted to know who you mysterious girls are!
And if you’d like to make us into a bad girl, then you need to decide if we’re a puppet for the Hoffies or the Ranters. From what we hear, those two don’t get along at all. We can’t exactly be a puppet for both of them, now can we?
Actually, I don’t recall us saying that SCM looked like a photoshop of Zen (we did think it was a photoshopped pic, at first). Since then it has been confirmed by the creator that it was indeed a photoshopped picture of Zen, but the creator was not the person posting it (i.e. “band camp”). We won’t say who the creator was, just that she’s infamous (wink wink) and whoever posted it must have been an Elvi/MTMTer.
Oh, and Anna and Zen are lovey dovey now. They’re “friends” on myspace. According to Anna though, they really aren’t that close and don’t keep in touch.

According to the creator, that pic was not posted on BBC (by her) or on the fake myspace page. It was only posted on MTMT.

Does anyone know for sure that she really is Andrea? She could be someone who knows Andrea is from Toledo (and I think many know that, since her website was once posted), and used a pic from there to throw the blame on her. But it definitely could be Andrea. The Elvi were suspected because of the elvis quote in her siggy, but that could be coincidental, since it is a quote from the soap opera star. We just don’t know.
I think Kathi is Susan Banks, not SCM. I think SCM is the original Andrea. That scenario makes more sense to me.

If I remember correctly the Susan character on Days of our Lives had a little baby named Elvis. Or it was a fake baby but the name was Elvis. That was 10 years ago when I was a Days fan.

Wow, LilFB. Just…wow. If you’ve been paying attention to BBC in order to back up your mom, you would have noticed that ADULTS chat in proper English. Only teenagers chat in txt speech, but smart teenagers chat in proper English. My 18 yo BIL that didn’t finish high school can at least chat in proper English. I guess being a teenage mom meant you didn’t care enough to pay any attention in school, in addition to not finishing. I at least hope your kid learns from your mistakes and doesn’t become a parent while in high school. But statistics are against that, so I guess I’ll keep an eye out for you, the 36 yo grandma at WalMart with half a dozen welfare-livin grandbabies in your cart.
